Danish brie is a soft white mould cheese made out of cow s milk, salt, starter culture, microbial rennet, mould culture, calcium chloride. It has a mild, slightly tangy and aromatic taste with a cream and smooth consistency with 24% fat. Brie can be served on cheese boards, sandwiches and salads.
